You can buy our furniture and accessories collection in our Brand Stores and Studios. Find your local store.

Delivery and assembly

For quick and easy delivery and assembly our professional service team can assist you. They are knowledgeable about our products and will ensure expert assembly, packaging removal and careful placement of the furniture in your home. Assembly is free of charge for all BoConcept products and there is a flat rate delivery fee - ask in store for details and prices. 

Delivery time

We have a wide range of products available in our main selection, which can be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Much of our selection is also customized and delivery time for custom-made special orders is 8-10 weeks for board furniture and 12-16 weeks for upholstery. If the item is in stock, feel free to pick it up from our warehouse right away.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location in North America.

Return and exchange policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are naturally entitled to return the goods for a full refund within seven days as long as the item is unused and undamaged, part of our main selection, and is still in its original packaging. A restocking fee applies to special order items or if the item has been assembled or the boxes have been opened. Should the customer wish to have the items picked up, a delivery charge, equal to the original delivery fee, will also apply. Please see in store for full details of our terms and conditions. Please note, however, that items bought on sale or as special orders cannot be returned.

Our range

You are always welcome to visit our stores to view all the products in our range. However, our stores vary in size and you may not find our entire product range on display at your local BoConcept. Our full range is available to order, please ask our interior consultants, who will be pleased to help and advise you.

Due to national trends, our accessories range is always being updated. Therefore, you may not find the entire range shown in this catalog throughout 2007/2008.
Some of the accessories used for the room sets in this catalog are personal items and therefore not available in our stores.

All prices are in US $. All prices are correct at time of publishing (July 2007). However, we may need to review certain prices due to adverse currency fluctuations and/or other events beyond our control.

All lamps and light fittings conform to US/European guidelines for domestic use. Some of our lamps are not available in all countries. Please check in store.
